Permitting

Small source, Title V, & PSD permitting for many types of industrial facilities, including the majority of the sugar mills in Louisiana & Texas; calculation and submittal of emission inventories to State agencies, and submittal of Title V compliance reporting to State and Federal agencies; planning and coordination of stack testing.

Stormwater and wastewater discharge permitting, as well as solid waste and beneficial use permitting (including preparation of BMP plans for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture [LDAF]).
Wetland Mitigation
Planning and permitting for wetland and streambank mitigation banks, including delineation of wetlands, preparation of Section 404 wetland permit applications, coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, preparation of prospectuses and mitigation bank instruments (MBIs) / restoration plans, and preparation of as-built reports and initial and follow-up success monitoring reports.
SWPPP/SPCC

Preparation/update of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) which ensure the reduction of sediment & other pollutants in stormwater discharges associated with construction and industrial activities.

Preparation/update of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans detailing measures to prevent and control the discharge of oil or hazardous susbstances resulting from spills/leaks.

All plan preparation is conducted in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
Water/Soil Sampling

Collection of samples for laboratory analysis (by LELAP-certified laboratory), preparation of Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for submittal to LDEQ, and (for out-of-compliance water discharge samples) troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
Compliance Audits

Compliance audits of industrial facilities and construction sites, including:
(a) audits of docmentation required to maintained on-site (permit, SWPPP, SPCC, rain logs, inspection reports, etc.); and
(b) audits of best management practices [BMPs] on-site to minimize pollution (integrity of existing BMPs and need for additional BMPs).

GIS capabilities are utilized in all other services provided, including permitting and plan preparation.
